The accommodation itself is accessed up some steps and via a communal hallway serving 4 apartments in the block. Parking is shared with other homes in the area and based on a 1st come 1st served basis with a friendly attitude you should not find it too difficult to find a spot nearby. Please be aware some spaces are allocated to certain homes, but this will be fairly clear on arrival.

The living room has a breakfast bar for dining, with seating for 4. There is a sofa and two armchairs for seating and sliding patio doors to the front. A wall mounted smart TV and free Wi-fi is set up for your enjoyment. The shower room has an electric shower unit and the kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker and grill, microwave, fridge with small freezer, kettle and toaster.
