The accommodation itself is accessed up some steps and via a communal hallway serving 4 apartments in the block. Parking is shared with other homes in the area and based on a 1st come 1st served basis with a friendly attitude you should not find it too difficult to find a spot nearby. Please be aware some spaces are allocated to certain homes, but this will be fairly clear on arrival.

The living room has a breakfast bar for dining, with bar stools for 4. Plentiful seating inc. 4 seater sofa as well as a futon style sofa and two armchairs. From the gravel parking area, steps lead up to the wooden entrance pathway leading to the communal front door into the communal hall.

Stairs then lead to the first floor where the entrance to the apartment is. The key safe is located outside the apartment front door.
